lol

some funny thing i found in the apush textbook today: [quotes are unrelated]

"Upon marriage women left their paying jobs and took up their new work (without wages) as wives and mothers."

"birth control was still a taboo topic for polite conversation, and contraceptive technology was primitive, but clearly some form of family limitation was being practiced quietly and effectibely in countless familie, rural and urban alike."
notice the "practiced quietly" part. isnt that funny?
sillygreenglob: that is funny
ArmenianLuna: "practice quietly"
ArmenianLuna: lol
sillygreenglob: yeah
sillygreenglob: that must have been hard
sillygreenglob: *cough*
ArmenianLuna: LOL

SUSAN, EVERYBODY CAN MAKE IT TOMORROW AFTER SCHOOL.
