lusine...1st of all i can tell the picture's been pixellated, meaning that someone's messed around with it
2nd of all the hair's brownish, not blonde
3rd of all, there's a more realistic looking way to change colors in photoshop, even to green and blue.
now the question is, why would i even tell you that?
and lastly, i also remember you comments about you with blonde hair and know you probably wouldn't willingly turn your hair (to a permanent shade of) blonde.
